DUNE presents an international menu of Michelin starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s signature dishes, inspired by his travels around the world. Spotlighting fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, Bahamian flavors and Asian influences, notes of spice, acidity and heat are sprinkled in every dish. Must try dishes include the Crispy Salmon Sushi, with Chipotle Mayonnaise and Soy Honey Glaze; Spiny Lobster with Light Curry Sauce, Fried Plantains and Bok Choy; and the Black Truffle Three Cheese Pizza with Farm Egg.
